eTwinning is a portal where European schools can get in contact in order to carry out any collaborative projects among 2, 3 , or more schools.

Some examples of ready made projects can be seen here http://www.etwinning.net/en/pub/inspiration/kits.htm

In the following link, the wiki we used to get in contact with a school in Slovenia, observe that the students where the main actors in the project http://etwinningspainslovenia.wikispaces.com/

Comenius projects also give opportunities to establish links with other schools and use English through ICT. Many of these projects use blogs or wikis to be in contact.
